We do logo embroidery and lettering on t-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, caps and other clothing. An embroidered logo looks more premium than a print and stands up to daily wear and washing, which is why it’s the usual choice for company uniforms and merchandise.
There is no minimum quantity. Because every logo embroiders differently, we work by inquiry: you send us the file and your requirements, and we tell you whether it will work and what it costs.

When to choose logo embroidery
Embroidery works best when the logo is fairly small and needs to look solid:
- a chest logo on a t-shirt, polo shirt or shirt;
- a logo on the front of a cap, one of the most classic uses of embroidery;
- company uniforms and workwear that get washed often;
- merchandise and client gifts that should look more upmarket.
For large images, photos and designs with many gradients, DTF printing is the better choice. It reproduces every color and detail, while embroidery works with threads in separate colors.
What to send with your inquiry
The more complete the information, the faster and more accurately we can reply:
- the logo file: ideally vector (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS), but a good-quality PNG or JPG works too;
- what to embroider on: t-shirt, polo shirt, hoodie, cap, your own clothing;
- size and placement: for example 8 cm on the left chest or on the front of a cap;
- quantity and the date you need them by.

How we assess whether a logo suits embroidery
Embroidery is stitched with thread, so some details that look fine on screen have to be simplified. Very thin lines, text only a few millimetres tall and smooth gradients between colors are the most common cases. If your logo has elements like these, we’ll tell you what we can do and suggest a version that keeps it recognisable.
That’s why we don’t give fixed prices upfront: the price depends on the embroidery size, the number of stitches and colors, the item and the quantity. Once we see the file, you get a specific quote.
Embroidery on caps, t-shirts and your own clothing
We can embroider items we supply, including models that aren’t in the online catalog such as polo shirts and workwear, or your own clothing. If you already have caps or t-shirts, bring them to our office or send them by courier, and we do just the embroidery.
For caps there’s also a print option: the catalog has caps for printing that you can design online if you’d prefer a full-color logo.
Production time and delivery
Small orders are made in 1–3 working days. For large orders we agree the timing together, depending on quantity and technique.
In a hurry? Write to us. We can often make an order at the last minute, sometimes even on a non-working day, but this has to be agreed in advance.

Most logos work. Very thin lines, small text and gradients sometimes need simplifying. We’ll tell you upfront if that’s needed.
Do you embroider caps?
Yes, caps are one of the most common items for embroidery. Your own caps too.
Can I bring my own clothes for embroidery?
Yes, we accept garments in person and by courier. Send us an inquiry first with the file and a description of the garments.
What file works best?
Vector (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS). If you don’t have one, send a PNG or JPG in the highest quality you have.
