Delivery
We deliver via BoxNow and Econt — to a locker, an office, or an address anywhere in Bulgaria. Here's how it all works.
Couriers
We work with BoxNow and Econt. At checkout, you choose whether the parcel arrives at a BoxNow locker (the default), an Econt office (cheaper), or directly to your address via Econt.
Delivery price
The price is shown before you pay — for Econt it's calculated automatically based on weight and destination, for BoxNow it's a flat locker fee. No hidden fees.
Timeframes
We process orders within 1–2 business days of confirmation (for personalized items — depending on print complexity). Once handed to Econt, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days depending on the destination.
Cash on delivery
For most orders we also offer a cash-on-delivery option. If it's not available for your order, you'll only see card payment at checkout.
Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email and in your account.
