Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the use of labelshop.bg and purchases made through it. By placing an order on the site, you confirm that you have read and accept what is described below.
1. Who we are
Label Shop is operated by "UEBAYDIASLAB" EOOD, UIC 206613987 (VAT No. BG206613987), with registered seat and address of management: Sofia, Mramor village 1261, 4 Zahari Stoyanov St. Label Shop's working address: Sofia, Reduta district, 15 Kutlovitsa St. You can reach us at +359 883 366 972 or hey@labelshop.bg.
2. Products and prices
Prices on the site are in euro (€), VAT included where applicable. An approximate BGN equivalent may also be shown for information purposes. Product images are illustrative — the final print depends on the design, color, and material you choose.
3. Placing an order
Orders are placed through the online designer or directly from the catalog. The purchase agreement is considered concluded when we confirm the order (confirmation email) or upon successful payment.
4. Payment
We accept card payment via myPOS (a secure, encrypted connection — we do not store your card details) and cash on delivery where available.
5. Delivery
We deliver via Econt — to an office or an address. See the Delivery page for prices and timeframes.
6. Right of withdrawal
For orders of standard, non-personalized products, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, without stating a reason.
Important: products made to individual order (t-shirts, hoodies, and other items with your custom design, text, or size) are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Art. 57(3) of the Consumer Protection Act, as they are made to the consumer's specification and cannot be resold.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at hey@labelshop.bg or +359 883 366 972, stating your order number. You then send the product back to us at your own cost, in its original condition.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we refund the amount paid to the same card used for payment, within 14 days of the day we are informed of the withdrawal (or of receiving the returned product back — whichever is later). Refunds are processed via myPOS; depending on your card-issuing bank, the amount is usually reflected in your account within a few business days after processing.
7. Complaints
If there is a problem with an order you received (wrong print, defect, damaged parcel) — write to us at hey@labelshop.bg within 7 days of receipt, with photos. We review every complaint individually.
8. Rights to designs
You are responsible for ensuring that the images, logos, and text you upload for printing do not infringe third-party copyright or other rights. Label Shop does not check every uploaded file for copyright and reserves the right to refuse an order if infringement is suspected.
9. Limitation of liability
We take care to keep the site and service running properly, but we are not liable for temporary unavailability of the site, courier delays, or damages beyond our control.
10. Personal data
We process the data you provide (name, phone, email, delivery address) solely to fulfill your order and issue an invoice. See our Privacy Policy for details on data processing, and Cookies for cookies.
11. Applicable law and disputes
Bulgarian law applies to anything not covered here. For a dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, you can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after they are published.
